Welcome Shaykh Ahmed Moharram to the Tulsa Muslim Community

The Islamic Society of Tulsa (IST) is honored to welcome Shaykh Ahmed Moharram to serve the Muslim community in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Shaykh Ahmed Moharram is a distinguished Islamic scholar, holding a Ph.D. in Islamic theology and a graduate of Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. He is both a Qari and a Hafiz of the Qur’an, possessing Ijazah in multiple Qira’at (recitations) of the Holy Qur’an.

With over 24 years of experience serving diverse communities across the United States, Shaykh Moharram brings a profound commitment to faith, unity, and service. His dedication to community engagement, youth empowerment, and interfaith dialogue makes him a valuable addition to our congregation.

We are confident that his presence will inspire spiritual growth and strengthen our community, fostering a deeper connection to faith and collective well-being.
